I sew saree blouses to traditional indian silk skirts. Always handwash all the silks! After so many disappointments with irons that had actually been recommended by numerous people, I was still leery about the Reliable, but this one is definitely a winner! But Perfect ...Yeah, silks can be a pain, for sure. But Perfect Sew is amazing. It's made by Palmer Pletsch and I HIGHLY recommend it.<br /><br />Did you buy your iron based on my recommendation?
